The Kandinsky Quartet – founded in Vienna in 2020 – is quickly making its presence felt across Europe. With a keen ear for color and a sharp musical instinct, the ensemble explores the richness of the string quartet repertoire through four distinct characters and artistic perspectives.
In April 2024, they were awarded First Prize at the Gasteig Competition in Munich. Previous accolades include prizes at the Boccherini and Mozart Competitions, as well as the “Verbier Anniversary Prize.”
