Esker Festival 2026 - Peter and the Wolf - Performance for all ages | 12pm

The Esker Festival Orchestra presents a performance suitable for all ages of Peter and the Wolf, Prokofiev's beloved symphonic tale for children. Telling the story of Peter and his encounter with the wolf by representing each character with a specific instrument in the orchestra. This performance will last 40 minutes and give all audience members the chance to experience the orchestra and its instruments up close. Presented and narrated by Jenna Raggett and conducted by Véronique Bernar. The Performances take place Emily Anderson Concert Hall at the University of Galway which is located on the 2nd floor of the Aula Maxima in the University Quadrangle, 16 Lower Newcastle, Galway, H91 WY1F.
